Rewards Module

This module was removed from the Provenance Blockchain. The module was not in use and it impacted the chain's performance negatively by adding unnecessary processing load during the beginblocker and endblocker stages. Additionally, maintaining this module required effort due to its event-driven nature, and with event structures prone to changes over time, this maintenance was not justified by current utility.
